Ingredients:
40 ml Tequila
15 ml mezcal Del Maguey Vida
20 ml St~Germain
30 ml grapefruit juice
for the rim – kosher salt and chili flakes
Method:
First, one must think of oneself as an artisan. Then one must rim rocks glass with chili salt (a blend of sea salt, chili powder and a touch of cayenne pepper). Then fill said glass with ice. Finally, shake all ingredients with ice and strain into glass. Bon! You are an artisan.
